We have a 14 day return policy, which means the customer has 14 days after receiving the item to request a return. We will happily facilitate a return where goods are unworn, unused, unmarked and unaltered in any way, with tags, and in its original packaging/condition. The customer will need to show a proof of purchase.

Please note that for any returns, coshari is not responsible for the cost of return postage. Items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In the unlikely event that you have received goods that are faulty, please get in touch with one of our representatives at info@coshari.com so we can rectify this issue for you as soon as possible.
Custom/special orders are not eligible for return or refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll either be refunded through your original payment method or issued a store credit in form of a gift card. The decision is yours.
Please remember it may take up to 7 business days to process your refund.
To be eligible for a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your item/s must be unused and in original condition/packaging. Without this, it will not be processed.
When returning an item, please consider using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost packages. coshari is not responsible for the cost of return postage.
coshari is unable to accept any garments or products that have been worn or returned in a soiled condition.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not reach our standards.
